The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and within walking distance to the gondola station necessary to access the slopes. the rooms are clean and comfortable with some offering lovely views. the staff is polite and helpful, providing great service. Breakfast offers a good variety of options, and the bar is reasonably priced. the swimming pool and Jacuzzi provide a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of skiing and sight-seeing.

Some guests may experience noise from other guests, which can be disruptive.

Our romantic winter escape was enjoyable. We appreciated the spacious and tidy rooms that had a comfortable bed and nice mountain views. the hotel provided free shuttle service to the ski slopes and had an indoor pool that was nice for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The breakfast buffet was not as diverse as we expected, with limited options for vegetarians. The hotel could also improve on soundproofing as we could hear some outside noise from the road.

Spent Easter at a hotel in Bulgaria. the food was really good and the rooms were clean and cozy. the location was perfect, close to the center of the city and also near the ski slopes. Enjoyed the spa services, particularly the pool and hot tub.

The noise level was pretty high , which made it hard to sleep. had to pay extra for the bathrobe and slippers in order to use the spa facilities, which was a bit of a bummer.
